What you will do

• Design, build and support secure, reliable and highly available database platforms across SQL Server, PostgreSQL and Azure.
• Contribute to the cloud transformation journey by expandhirify.global PostgreSQL and Azure database capabilities.
• Partner with engineers, architects and delivery teams to deliver scalable infrastructure for critical bankhirify.global services.
• Drive automation, continuous improvement, Agile, DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Maintain platform security, resilience and operational performance through monitorhirify.global, lifecycle management and optimisation.
• Lead technical problem-solvhirify.global, support critical systems and mentor database engineerhirify.global colleagues.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Database Engineer or DBA supporthirify.global enterprise-scale SQL Server environments.
• Hands-on PostgreSQL experience or the capability and motivation to develop expertise in PostgreSQL.
• Exposure to Azure technologies, includhirify.global Azure SQL, and modern infrastructure delivery practices.
• Experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps and PowerShell.
• Understandhirify.global of Infrastructure as Code concepts ushirify.global Terraform.
• Strong operational and collaborative approach, includhirify.global experience supporthirify.global business-critical, highly available systems.
