TL;DR
Tester/Support Engineer (FinTech): Manually testing and supporting an invoice-collection application for global companies with an accent on defect investigation, data accuracy, and release quality. Location: 100% remote from Poland, with flexible working hours.

What you will do
- Handle user support requests and investigate system issues as the primary support contact.
- Reproduce, document, and help prioritise bugs and data irregularities.
- Manually test new features, fixes, updates, and regression scenarios before releases.
- Create and maintain test cases, release notes, and user support documentation.
- Monitor data accuracy and consistency in MySQL and related system components.
- Support user onboarding, provide training, and collaborate with developers to improve the application.
Requirements
- Background in software support, quality assurance, or testing in a software- or data-focused environment.
- Good knowledge of manual testing processes and bug tracking.
- Basic SQL skills, preferably with MySQL, including data exploration through queries or simple scripts.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with technical and non-technical users.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a fully remote setup from Poland.
Nice to have
- Experience testing web frontend applications, especially those built with Vue.
- Familiarity with JIRA or GitHub Issues.
- Understanding of financial systems, business processes, or internal operational tools.
- Basic knowledge of AWS or Azure.
