What you will do
- Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows.
- Build and optimize data models, data lakes, and data warehouse solutions.
- Automate data pipelines using CI/CD practices and monitor job reliability.
- Troubleshoot data failures and performance issues.
- Enable data consumption for BI tools, dashboards, analytics teams, and APIs.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to support analytical needs.
Requirements
- Strong experience with data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT design, and data modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, including SQL-based data transformation and analysis.
- Experience designing and managing data lakes and data warehouses.
- Experience working with structured and semi-structured formats such as CSV, JSON, and Parquet.
- Understanding of CI/CD practices, data pipeline automation, and scalable data processing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Java or Scala.
- Experience supporting BI, analytics, or API-driven data solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and optimization.
