People Operations Specialist (Fleet & Badge Administration)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end fleet and badge administration processes, including issuance, maintenance, and access control.
• Coordinate vehicle requests, insurance, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Maintain operational records, inventory, and compliance documentation.
• Handle PR/PO activities, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a safe and secure workplace environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in administration, operations, or workplace services.
• Must be based in or able to work in Dongtan, South Korea.
• Business-level proficiency in English communication.
• Strong vendor and contract management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.

• Experience with Workday or Concur systems.
