What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payments and risk, including PSP integrations, payment flows, automated withdrawals, fraud flagging, and chargeback management.
• Lead initiatives that improve payment processing, conversion, risk management, and fraud prevention.
• Define and monitor KPIs covering PSP performance, fraud, chargebacks, risk exposure, and withdrawals.
• Partner with PSPs, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Customer Support, and Payments teams.
• Evaluate payment solutions for new markets, features, and product launches.
• Manage direct reports and contribute to the Payments and Risk roadmap.

Requirements

• Product management experience in the casino or gambling sector with a focus on payments and risk.
• Knowledge of payment methods, acquiring, eWallets, digital wallets, vouchers, online banking, and offline payments.
• Strong understanding of payment providers, payment flows, settlements, PSP risk features, KYC/AML workflows, fraud prevention, and chargebacks.
• Technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and payment integrations.
• Experience navigating compliance and regulatory requirements in gaming or financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical, data-driven decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with automated payment systems and fraud detection engines.
• Exposure to customer journey mapping for gaming payments.
• AI experience in gaming payments and risk.
