TL;DR
Marketing Assistant (Toys/Entertainment): Supporting product managers with marketing coordination, product data management, reporting, and content planning across toy product ranges with an accent on marketing operations, performance analysis, and localization. Focus on coordinating asset approvals, maintaining accurate marketing databases, preparing cross-market reports, and analyzing TVC and catalog performance.
Location: Lyon, France; full remote work is not available, with two teleworking days per week
Remuneration: €900–€1,200 per month, depending on education level

develops entertainment products and services, while its French business produces toys and licensed collectibles including Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Gunpla.
What you will do
- Support coordination and tracking of marketing asset approvals.
- Prepare materials and logistics for monthly marketing meetings.
- Assist with reports for the Japan team and update product offer presentations.
- Analyze monthly TVC, catalog, and brand performance.
- Support social media planning and content calendar management.
- Maintain marketing databases and assist with translation and localization of materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Project Management.
- Good command of English and proficiency in French required.
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Curious, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Full-time internship availability for 5–6 months; no work-study program.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Marketing or the Retail industry.
- Interest in the entertainment and toy industry.
