What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain backend tools, services, and operational systems for game production teams.
• Define technical specifications and requirements for new features and services.
• Diagnose issues and improve application stability, code quality, and CI/CD pipeline reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver scalable, gaming server-compliant services.
• Develop and analyze functional and load tests to ensure performance and reliability.
• Optimize code and infrastructure for live, online game environments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of backend application development experience.
• Professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and modern software architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab Pipelines, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience deploying and supporting applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or Helm.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux environments, React or Angular, server performance optimization, and secure client-server development.
