TL;DR
Affiliate Team Leader (iGaming): Leading affiliate acquisition and growth for a multi-asset trading platform with an accent on team leadership, strategic partnerships, commercial models, and traffic quality. Focus on optimizing CPA and revenue-share agreements, analyzing FTDs and ROI, detecting affiliate fraud, and building scalable tracking and reporting processes.
Location: Larnaca, Cyprus; hybrid work model with two days working from home. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are available. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Cyprus.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Affiliate Managers through clear KPIs, targets, and development plans.
- Develop and execute affiliate acquisition and growth strategies while managing strategic and high-value partnerships.
- Review CPA, revenue-share, and hybrid agreements and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
- Monitor FTDs, NGR, acquisition costs, retention, ROI, traffic quality, and affiliate fraud indicators.
- Identify new markets and commercial opportunities and represent the business at international industry events.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, product, finance, compliance, fraud, and risk teams to improve systems and processes.
Requirements
- At least five years of affiliate-management experience, preferably in iGaming, forex, or fintech.
- Previous team-leadership or mentoring experience and a proven record of achieving commercial targets.
- Strong affiliate and industry network with excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Advanced understanding of affiliate platforms, commercial models, tracking, attribution, and postback tracking.
- Solid understanding of affiliate fraud patterns and methods for auditing traffic quality.
- Fluent written and spoken English; eligibility or legal authorization to work in Cyprus is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in iGaming, forex, or fintech.
- Availability for international travel.
- Experience with AppsFlyer or Keitaro.
