What you will do

• Manage manufacturing BOMs in the ERP system and convert engineering BOMs into plant-level BOMs for sub-assemblies and main assemblies.
• Coordinate production planning and work preparation for new product introduction and sample production.
• Plan and organize prototype, design modification, exhibition charger, and pre-series assembly trials, including testing, packaging, and shipping.
• Coordinate material procurement and availability with R&D, purchasing, supply chain, and logistics.
• Create work instructions and document processes during assembly trials and sample production.
• Maintain production and BOM data in the ERP system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, logistics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in work preparation, production planning, and manufacturing BOM management.
• Experience with ERP systems such as AP+ or SAP and MES systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with automotive core tools, including FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, and 8D.
• Programming knowledge in JSON, C#, SQL, or PHP is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with MS Project and Jira.
