Portfolio Growth Manager (Mobile Games)

Location: Must be located in the Americas or Europe. Available as employees for candidates in Canada or as contractors for those outside Canada.

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 (for candidates based in Canada)

What you will do

• Own ad monetization across DECA games, managing mediation platforms, bidder configurations, and SDK maintenance.
• Manage end-to-end store presence and ASO for back-catalogue titles, including Custom Store Listings and Product Pages.
• Maintain and optimize paid marketing campaigns across SDK networks, social, and search for maximum efficiency.
• Build and maintain AI-powered automations to reduce manual overhead in reporting, data handling, and store management.
• Standardize reporting cadences and data narratives across studios to keep leadership informed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working inside a mobile game studio.
• 2+ years of experience in a mobile marketing function (Ad monetization, ASO, or UA).
• Proven experience building and implementing AI-based systems or tools in real workflows.
• Must be based in the Americas or Europe.
• Ability to overlap with Vancouver (Pacific Time) and European teams for occasional calls.

Nice to have

• Experience with ad monetization stacks like AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay, or Google AdMob.
• Knowledge of attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel, scripting, or API integration.
