What you will do

• Lead complex AWS infrastructure and platform initiatives from architecture through production.
• Design reusable infrastructure and automation capabilities to strengthen the shared cloud platform.
• Advance Kubernetes/EKS, observability, governance, and CI/CD capabilities.
• Partner across engineering organizations (Networking, Security, Identity, Data) to deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, implementation guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted engineering capabilities to improve automation and delivery quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and operating AWS-based cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Kubernetes platforms.
• Strong automation experience using Python and/or Bash.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application delivery.
• Deep understanding of AWS networking including VPCs, subnets, routing, and load balancing.

Nice to have

• AWS certifications.
• Experience with CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, and/or Grafana.
• Knowledge of Cloud Custodian.
