Supervisory Branch Operations Manager (Finance)

Location: On-site in Pasadena, CA

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 annually

What you will do

• Coordinate work activities of branch support staff to ensure efficient and effective branch operations.
• Manage compliance with securities industry rules, company policies, and Human Capital guidelines.
• Oversee cashiering functions, payroll time entries, and new account processing.
• Partner with Branch Managers to hire, train, and manage support personnel.
• Facilitate the transition of new Financial Advisors and the opening of satellite offices.
• Manage office expenses, annual budgeting, and advertising approvals.

Requirements

• Must have applicable industry exams: Series 7, 65 or 66, 24, 9 and/or 10.
• Prior supervisory experience in the securities industry.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and securities regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
