What you will do

• Design and develop backend services and REST APIs for a case management platform using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Implement complex case management logic, including lifecycles, routing, assignment rules, and SLAs.
• Integrate the platform with the client's internal systems and third-party services.
• Design and optimize database structures and queries using Entity Framework Core and SQL.
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA engineers within an Agile framework.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in backend development with C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web API).
• Strong proficiency in Entity Framework Core and relational databases (MS SQL Server / PostgreSQL).
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing frameworks.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level or above required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working for a UAE-based company.
• Experience with Azure services, Docker, Kubernetes, and message brokers like RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus.
• Experience developing backends for mobile applications.
