Director, Global Advisory (Fintech)

What you will do

• Provide deep fraud and financial crime expertise to support regional sales teams in identifying client opportunities.
• Engage with senior risk and fraud leaders to propose solutions based on the hirify.global platform.
• Develop and deliver thought leadership content, including articles, webinars, and conference presentations.
• Identify emerging customer challenges and collaborate with the Product team to prioritize and evaluate new use cases.
• Represent the company at industry events and executive briefings to evangelise behavioral intelligence.
• Participate in the Client Innovation Board to guide and prioritize product innovations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in fraud and financial crime roles within financial services or fraud tech.
• 3+ years of consultative engagement experience at the executive level.
• French: Native or Fluent (C2) and English: Business Fluent (B2+) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM/quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics).
• Proven ability to interpret financial crime metrics, build business cases, and quantify ROI for customers.
• Deep domain expertise in fraud, financial crime, and cybersecurity.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications such as CFE, CISSP, or ACAMS, or a master's degree.
• Experience in retail, telecommunications, or insurance industries.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, digital identity technologies, and AI-driven behavioral biometrics.
• Proven track record of delivering thought leadership via podcasts, panels, or media interviews.
• Established network of contacts across fraud and financial services communities.
