MuleSoft Solution Architect / Staff Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and architect scalable, resilient integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform across hybrid multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises environments.
• Promote and enforce API-led connectivity frameworks (System, Process, Experience APIs) to align technical implementation with strategic business goals.
• Architect integrations connecting enterprise API ecosystems with Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and RAG pipelines.
• Design and implement Agent Fabrics enabling autonomous AI agents to discover, authenticate, and execute enterprise microservices.
• Lead technical RFP responses, author solution architectures, and deliver high-impact presentations to CIOs and Enterprise Architects.
• Drive COE initiatives by developing reusable connectors, security policy templates, and enterprise integration accelerators.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of professional experience in integration architecture.
• Expert proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API Designer, RAML, and Runtime Manager.
• Experience with hybrid multi-cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, Kafka, and AsyncAPIs.
• Must be based in Japan.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of adjacent iPaaS/middleware platforms such as Boomi, Workato, or Spring Boot.
• Experience with AI Agent Fabric and LLM integration.
