What you will do

• Build and deploy ML models for failure prediction and anomaly detection.
• Analyze real-world IoT data to extract reliable signals and insights.
• Own end-to-end data science workflows from initial ideation to production.
• Collaborate with global domain experts and Data Engineering teams.
• Apply modern AI and GenAI approaches to enhance platform insights.
• Communicate technical results clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• 3–5 years of experience in applied data science, ideally within IoT or industrial domains.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML methods, specifically time series and anomaly detection.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybridly from Brno, Czech Republic.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate effectively in international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure and Databricks.
• Active interest in GenAI and emerging AI technologies.
