What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and fault-tolerant backend solutions for a 3D mobile 4x strategy project.
• Implement and evolve reliability and availability practices across all backend services.
• Diagnose and optimize server-side code, database performance, and service interactions.
• Provide sustainable solutions for production environment issues to ensure stability.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team to influence game design, technical decisions, and feature implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET / .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Solid experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Practical experience with caching and messaging technologies (Redis, Memcached, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Deep understanding of DDD, application architecture, and distributed system design.
• Experience handling high-load scenarios like multiplayer sessions, world maps, and LiveOps.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar).
