What you will do

• Own delivery of hirify.global implementation projects from pre-sales through delivery, ensuring customer success and value realization.
• Partner with Sales to scope projects, size effort, and present SOWs to clients before deal closure.
• Manage implementations directly and through partners, maintaining high quality standards.
• Manage scope, risk, and change control using governance processes.
• Advise clients on process and organizational changes to maximize platform value.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure a coherent client experience and mentor junior delivery members.

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing financial planning/EPM platforms.
• Experience scoping projects pre-sale and presenting SOWs directly to clients.
• Experience managing implementations through third-party partners and direct delivery.
• Working knowledge of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, comfortable influencing senior finance stakeholders.
• Proficiency with SaaS project tools and Agile/hybrid methodologies.

Nice to have

• Formal Project Management qualifications.
• Experience with workforce planning and other planning use cases.
