Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with three onsite days and two virtual days per week.

What you will do

• Design and evolve multi-agent orchestration systems, tool-use frameworks, and LLM integration pipelines.
• Establish production patterns for agent reliability, observability, guardrails, and graceful degradation.
• Lead technical design reviews and create architecture decision records.
• Define API contracts, data-flow patterns, and integration standards across the AI platform.
• Evaluate agentic AI frameworks including LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, and AutoGen.
• Collaborate with and mentor ML and software engineers on scalable, secure, maintainable AI systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software architecture experience, including at least 3 years designing AI/ML platform systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and REST/gRPC API design.
• Strong Python proficiency plus experience with Java, Go, or TypeScript.
• Production experience building and deploying agentic AI systems or LLM-powered applications at scale.
• Experience with prompt engineering, tool-use patterns, RAG pipelines, and agent reliability or observability.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, MLOps/LLMOps tooling, or vector databases.
• Knowledge of knowledge graphs, airline or travel domains, and multi-agent evaluation frameworks.
• TOGAF or a similar architecture certification.
