What you will do

• Design and implement scalable cloud solutions leveraging Azure or AWS services (AKS, ECS, Blob Storage, S3, etc.).
• Develop full-stack systems using TypeScript and Python with frameworks such as NextJS and FastAPI.
• Own the technical delivery of client engagements from discovery through project close, including scoping and estimates.
• Integrate AI frameworks like LangGraph and implement RAG and agentic patterns.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines and ensure applications are resilient, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Lead engineering teams by example, providing technical direction and conducting candidate interviews.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in software engineering with proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python across the full stack.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, with a particular emphasis on Azure.
• Strong grasp of containerization, CI/CD, and API design.
• Ability to design and build secure, scalable, and maintainable systems.
• Must be based in LATAM.
• Strong customer-facing soft skills to lead design and compliance conversations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and the AI SDLC.
• Formal training in engineering disciplines.
• Experience leading small-sized teams.
• Knowledge of observability platforms like DataDog or NewRelic.
