Founders Associate (Defense Tech)

Location: Munich, Germany. EU work authorization required.

hirify.global is a Munich-based defense technology company developing fully autonomous Counter-UAS systems.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the CEO and Chief of Staff on strategic priorities and company-building initiatives.
• Lead business development efforts across defense and government markets, including research and outreach.
• Manage cross-functional projects from scoping to execution, including export control and partnership development.
• Create high-standard investor materials, pitch decks, and external communications.
• Conduct competitive and market research to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and scale operational processes, tools, and internal hiring coordination.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a fast-paced startup.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into structured and clear outputs.
• High ownership mentality and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
• Genuine interest in defense technology, deep tech, or hardware startups.
• EU work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience in defense, government, or dual-use technology sectors.
• Knowledge of export control, procurement, or regulatory processes.
• Experience supporting fundraising or investor relations.
