What you will do

• Perform analytical testing on raw ingredients and finished products and document results against product specifications.
• Audit production processes and coach frontline employees on work instructions and quality checks.
• Author, organize, and update laboratory procedures and quality records.
• Lead root cause investigations and formal problem-solving activities for quality issues.
• Identify production inefficiencies and collaborate with manufacturing teams on corrective actions.
• Act as a technical liaison between laboratory operations, production teams, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
• At least one year of experience in a laboratory, quality control, or technical manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work onsite at the Louisville production facility in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience coaching production personnel and communicating technical findings to management.
• Experience identifying process inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement.
