What you will do

• Implement 3D game art and animations in Unity based on technical specifications.
• Produce art assets that are compatible with production pipelines and align with the creative vision.
• Identify and implement the most suitable art packages and technical tools for each game project.
• Collaborate closely with Game Designers, Artists, and Developers to create high-quality visual assets.
• Develop effective design solutions through cross-functional collaboration and iterative feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical art (or high aptitude with less experience).
• Professional experience working with Unity or similar game engines.
• Advanced expertise in creating and optimizing shaders.
• Advanced experience with VFX, particle systems, and Unity Animator/animation states.
• Ability to optimize 2D and 3D assets for performance within Unity.
• Must be fully eligible to work under a local employment contract in Belgrade, Serbia.
• English language skills required for collaboration with global teams.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects).
• Strong skills in 2D graphics and visual design, including composition and color theory.
