Partnership Manager (Sponsorships) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead key strategic sports sponsorships and ensure full utilization of contractual rights.
• Design and drive the annual partnership and activation roadmap aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
• Manage day-to-day communication and long-term relationship development with high-profile global partners.
• Plan and execute major partnership moments, including matchdays and integrated campaigns.
• Coordinate internal teams (content, ORM, performance, design) to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership performance (ROI, media value, engagement) to optimize impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in global brand partnerships, sponsorships, or sports marketing.
• Proven track record with large-scale sports sponsorships from brand, agency, or rights holder side.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience with international partners.
• English: C1 level (Exceptional written and verbal communication) required.
• Legal authorization to work in Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience working in financial services or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
