CRM Executive (iGaming)

What you will do

• Execute CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and other communication channels.
• Set up campaigns, customer journeys, bonuses, and communications in CRM tools.
• Prepare, upload, and verify customer segments.
• Perform detailed QA checks covering content, links, targeting, eligibility, timing, formatting, and campaign settings.
• Schedule and launch campaigns, monitor delivery, and identify inconsistencies.
• Prepare basic performance reports, maintain documentation, and coordinate delivery with CRM and other departments.

Requirements

• Previous CRM experience and experience in the iGaming industry.
• High attention to detail and the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
• Ability to follow briefs, procedures, and instructions precisely while handling manual and repetitive work.
• Responsible, organized approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar tools, plus basic Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
