What you will do

• Develop and implement regional internal communications strategies with the Director of Corporate Communications.
• Lead communications events and campaigns, including regional town halls, product and technology open houses, leadership outreach, and employee recognition programs.
• Coordinate stakeholder and leadership communications and collaborate with HR, Technology, and other functions.
• Represent Corporate Communications in post-merger integration activities and deliver team integration objectives.
• Manage campaign editing, design, digital platforms, corporate websites, newsrooms, blogs, and social media channels.
• Support external communications, employer branding, PR agency coordination, media materials, and major corporate campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience planning and executing public relations, corporate communications, or employee communications in the APAC region, ideally Southeast Asia.
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, communications, or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including PR writing, editing, and research.
• Experience leading communications projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with digital communications and social media channel management.
• Agency or in-house communications experience with the ability to ideate and implement campaigns.
