TL;DR

Lead Cloud Engineer (Azure): Establishing and driving an enterprise Cloud capability from the ground up with an accent on Azure Landing Zones, governance, and security baselines. Focus on designing secure, scalable cloud foundations and automating provisioning using Infrastructure as Code.

Location: Porto. Must be based in Portugal or Serbia (visa-based relocation is not offered).

What you will do

• Establish and evolve the enterprise Cloud Platform capability, building the foundation for secure and standardized services.
• Design and implement Azure Landing Zones, governance frameworks, and security guardrails.
• Define technical roadmaps and best practices for future cloud services.
• Implement secure cloud networking, identity integration, connectivity, and monitoring.
• Automate cloud provisioning and operational processes using Infrastructure as Code.
• Collaborate with Security and business stakeholders to integrate cloud capabilities into the existing landscape.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
• Several years of hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure.
• Practical experience implementing Azure Landing Zones or comparable enterprise foundations.
• Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or similar.
• Knowledge of hybrid enterprise environments and on-premises integration.
• Must be based in Portugal or Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience with additional cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
