Client Consulting Manager, VCA (Mongolia) (Payments Consulting): Building and leading consulting engagements for Visa clients in Mongolia with an accent on strategy, digital transformation, portfolio optimization, risk, and data-driven analysis. Focus on developing project pipelines, synthesizing complex client and market data, collaborating with data science teams, and delivering actionable recommendations through implementation.
Location: Seoul, South Korea, or Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Build and manage the VCA consulting project pipeline with account executives in Mongolia.
- Develop proposals by defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and client data requirements.
- Lead project setup, stakeholder engagement, interviews, and end-to-end consulting delivery.
- Build fact bases using client, , industry, and market data, including benchmarking and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with data science teams to apply advanced analytics and develop actionable recommendations.
- Lead project teams in creating high-quality presentations and support client implementation when required.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, analytics, financial services, payments, or related advisory roles.
- Strong experience developing and managing consulting project pipelines with sales or account teams.
- End-to-end project leadership experience, from proposal development through execution.
- Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, structured thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal Mongolian communication skills; English and/or Korean regional market experience or cultural familiarity with Mongolia is required.
- Strong interest in the payments industry and experience leading senior client discussions.

- Experience with digital transformation, AI-enabled use cases, or portfolio optimization in financial services.
- Experience developing market-specific thought leadership or insights content.
- Experience analyzing large, complex datasets and translating findings into recommendations.
- Experience with benchmarking and performance improvement initiatives.
