What you will do

• Lead cluster and country-level marketing initiatives, prioritizing strategies against business goals to drive profit and revenue.
• Develop and implement strategic communication plans to increase hirify.global's payment volumes, PCE penetration, and merchant acceptance.
• Manage marketing agency relationships, including the briefing process for creative and media agencies and evaluation of work products.
• Provide professional marketing consultancy to client banks to help them achieve their business objectives through co-op strategies.
• Direct regional budget allocation and reporting, ensuring full compliance with corporate policies and MROI measurement.
• Activate hirify.global's sponsorship properties and deliver value-in-kind marketing solutions for partners.

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior marketing or general management experience in banking, financial services, high tech, or FMCG industries.
• Proven track record of regional or global senior marketing responsibility across multiple channels.
• Strong business acumen with direct experience in P&L management.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage by influence in a matrixed organization.
• Expertise in digital and social marketing channels and a disciplined approach to strategic thinking and analytical modeling.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive-level briefings and presentations.
