Principal UX Expert (Fintech): Developing a deep understanding of financial personas and workflows to ensure product-market fit and usability with an accent on user research and product strategy. Focus on operationalizing persona libraries via AI-powered evaluation tools and validating target problems with Product Managers.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Austin, Texas (office attendance 3 days a week)

What you will do

• Conduct ongoing user research across users, buyers, and decision-makers to identify product resonance and friction points.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to validate personas and problems from feature initiation through Product Review.
• Develop and maintain AI-powered persona libraries and evaluation tools to assess designs and prototypes.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to test concepts and communicate recommendations.
• Shape product and UX copy in partnership with Product Marketing based on persona and business context.
• Execute Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Product-Led Sales (PLS) experiments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UX, product design, user research, or product strategy.
• Proven track record in high-craft B2B SaaS products or top-tier design consultancies.
• Deep expertise in finance personas and workflows such as accounts payable, procurement, ERP, or fintech.
• Experience with growth experimentation and understanding of PLG/PLS levers.
• Ability to work across US and Israel time zones.
• Experience building AI workflows, agents, and evaluators for research and quality assessment.
