Data Associate (Portuguese)

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality labeled data across text, speech, audio, image, and video modalities using in-house tools.
• Generate high-quality human insight data to support the responsible deployment of AI.
• Analyze root causes and identify error patterns to enhance labeling quality and outputs.
• Identify process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and suggest improvements.
• Provide floor support to clarify internal queries and ensure operational deliverables are met.

Requirements

• C1+ or equivalent fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
• Associate's Degree or related work experience.
• Strong business writing skills and advanced reading comprehension for complex documents.
• Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven attention to detail when managing complex tasks and instructions.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional work experience with fluency in English.
• 2-3 years of project coordination or management experience.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across departments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
