TL;DR
Core WKFT Consultants Adobe (Adobe Workfront): Configuring Workfront architectures, workflows, data structures, and integrations with Adobe and internal ERP systems with an accent on technical design, AEP implementations, and AI-enabled solutions. Focus on translating complex business processes into technical specifications, automating approval and request workflows, and managing resource capacity structures.
Location: 100% remote, based in Portugal
Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per year

What you will do
- Gather requirements and translate complex business processes into Technical Design Documents and functional specifications.
- Configure Workfront architectures, including custom forms, fields, templates, portfolios, programs, projects, and automated request queues.
- Design routing rules, approval processes, workflows, and advanced reporting mechanisms.
- Integrate Workfront with Creative Cloud applications, Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Fusion, and internal ERP systems.
- Manage resource management layouts, capacity planning, and time-tracking matrix structures.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience with Adobe Workfront configuration, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
- Experience with AEP implementations.
- Experience leveraging AI.
- Must be based in Portugal; the role is 100% remote.
