What you will do
- Define the offensive security programme, organizational testing scope, and technical direction.
- Lead hands-on security testing across APIs, cloud environments, networks, and production infrastructure.
- Establish attack and threat-led analysis protocols.
- Build relationships with engineering teams and promote offensive security best practices.
- Build and develop high-performing technical security teams.
- Influence stakeholders and challenge ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in penetration testing and offensive security.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD.
- Exposure to AI or agentic systems.
- Experience defining organizational testing scope and attack analysis protocols.
- Demonstrated leadership and technical team-building capability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
