Focus on building technical teams, shaping testing protocols, and solving complex security challenges across production infrastructure and large-scale systems.

What you will do

Define the offensive security programme, organizational testing scope, and technical direction.
Lead hands-on security testing across APIs, cloud environments, networks, and production infrastructure.
Establish attack and threat-led analysis protocols.
Build relationships with engineering teams and promote offensive security best practices.
Build and develop high-performing technical security teams.
Influence stakeholders and challenge ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience in penetration testing and offensive security.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD.
Exposure to AI or agentic systems.
Experience defining organizational testing scope and attack analysis protocols.
Demonstrated leadership and technical team-building capability.
Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
