• Define the offensive security programme, organizational testing scope, and technical direction.
• Lead hands-on security testing across APIs, cloud environments, networks, and production infrastructure.
• Establish attack and threat-led analysis protocols.
• Build relationships with engineering teams and promote offensive security best practices.
• Build and develop high-performing technical security teams.
• Influence stakeholders and challenge ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in penetration testing and offensive security.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Exposure to AI or agentic systems.
• Experience defining organizational testing scope and attack analysis protocols.
• Demonstrated leadership and technical team-building capability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
