Game Economy Lead (GameDev)

What you will do

• Design player experiences from an economic perspective and predict player behavior using available data.
• Price virtual currencies and monitor individual and macro player balances to maintain the health of the game economy.
• Build simulations and predictive models to forecast the impact of content changes.
• Work with product teams to balance new features and support strategic and operational decisions.
• Manage the game economy team and analyze large, complex datasets.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in game development or similar game economy roles.
• BA/B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and strong SQL experience with large and complex datasets.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical tools and models, including R, SAS, or Python.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Looker, plus knowledge of machine learning.

• Previous analytical experience in the gaming industry.
