What you will do

• Lead in-game daily promotions from concept through production deployment, driving revenue growth and business targets.
• Collaborate with design, game economy, product, operations, and analytics teams on high-impact initiatives.
• Monitor hourly and daily performance metrics, game activity, player behavior, and key KPIs.
• Develop and test promotional strategies and innovative concepts to improve player experience and monetization.
• Become the primary expert on the game's monetization ecosystem and player engagement drivers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Monetization Manager or in a similar role in the gaming industry or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects from ideation through delivery.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a results-oriented approach to optimizing performance through metrics.
• Experience collaborating with and guiding multidisciplinary teams, including designers, analysts, economy, and product specialists.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate others, advance projects, and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
