Lead Product Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and technical evolution of data-centric applications and platform services.
• Define engineering standards, integration patterns, APIs, and reusable technical capabilities.
• Design and implement ingestion, processing, storage, serving, monitoring, and integration components for analytics and reporting.
• Translate business and product needs into scalable, maintainable, secure technical solutions.
• Contribute to data models, semantic layers, benchmarks, dashboards, and shared data services.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering excellence, experimentation, automation, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Strong experience in software engineering, product development, or platform engineering.
• Solid backend development experience, ideally with .NET.
• Experience designing data-intensive applications, APIs, integrations, or platform services.
• Understanding of data ingestion, transformation, storage, serving, and analytical consumption patterns.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and specification-driven approaches such as OpenSpec or equivalent methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, Power BI, or equivalent data and analytics technologies.
• Knowledge of DataOps, observability, data governance, monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Experience with large-scale data processing, benchmarking services, or enterprise data products.
• Experience in Agile, product-oriented, and cross-functional environments.
