Product Manager (Web3 Cybersecurity): Owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of real-time on-chain security products with an accent on threat detection, monitoring, and LLM-powered security configuration. Focus on solving complex multi-chain detection problems, shaping trusted security workflows, and aligning engineering, research, go-to-market, and enterprise customers.

What you will do
- Own the product end to end, including strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and day-to-day execution.
- Define solutions for real-time monitoring across multiple blockchains and trusted threat detection.
- Turn agentic and LLM capabilities into security products that configure and calibrate protection for users.
- Work directly with enterprise customers, including crypto exchanges, banks, and other TradFi institutions.
- Align engineering, research, and go-to-market teams around measurable product outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience owning a technical or infrastructure product from strategy through delivery.
- Strong understanding of Web3, including smart contracts, wallets, exchanges, and on-chain attacks.
- Experience with cybersecurity products such as detection and response, monitoring, or threat intelligence.
- Ability to collaborate deeply with engineers and research teams while handling complex, high-stakes decisions.
- Strong prioritization, judgment, and trade-off decision-making under uncertainty.
Nice to have
- Experience building agentic or LLM-powered products.
- Background as a security practitioner, auditor, or on-chain builder.
- Experience working with enterprise or regulated buyers, including banks, TradFi institutions, or exchanges.
