What you will do

• Build scalable, production-ready data science solutions using Tech & Durable Point-of-Sale data.
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy state-of-the-art neural networks for Extreme Multilabel Classification.
• Collaborate with product managers, MLEs, and SREs to integrate models into live production pipelines.
• Conduct research to drive the development of product-focused Data Science solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and working students as a methodological expert.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Data Science role.
• Expertise in developing and optimizing deep learning algorithms on GPU using PyTorch.
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., via HuggingFace).
• Proven track record of shipping large-scale models to production.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
• Experience with software engineering best practices (Agile, Scrum, Safe, version control).
• Hands-on experience with GCP and productionizing models via REST APIs and containerization.
