What you will do

• Collaborate with product design and engineering teams to identify data needs and integrate new datasets.
• Research and develop innovative statistical models, including LLMs and Agentic AI systems.
• Execute analytical experiments to solve complex problems across various domains and industries.
• Deploy AI-based applications using Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Bot Services.
• Fine-tune and implement large language models for automation, knowledge extraction, and conversational AI.
• Communicate data-driven insights and trends to stakeholders to enable smarter business processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced expertise in pattern recognition, predictive modeling, and Generative AI (Transformers, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and R; familiarity with Java and Scala.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Hadoop, and BI tools like Power BI.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science or Engineering; a graduate degree in Data Science is preferred.
