Senior Data Scientist (Generative AI): Developing analytical models, machine learning solutions, and AI-based applications for data products with an accent on LLMs, agentic AI, statistical modeling, and large-scale data mining. Focus on fine-tuning and deploying language models, integrating Azure AI technologies, and solving complex automation, knowledge extraction, and conversational AI challenges.

What you will do
- Collaborate with product design, engineering, software development, and IT teams to define needs and build data products.
- Identify, collect, integrate, clean, and validate large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Design and execute analytical experiments, statistical models, machine learning solutions, and predictive models.
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and agentic AI systems for automation, knowledge extraction, and conversational AI.
- Use Azure Cognitive Technologies, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Bot Services to create and deploy AI applications.
- Analyze trends and patterns and communicate actionable findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in data science or equivalent proven experience.
- Advanced experience in pattern recognition, predictive modeling, generative AI, LLMs, and transformers.
- Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or comparable LLM frameworks.
- Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, operations research, data mining, and strong mathematical methods.
- Programming experience with R, SQL, and Python; familiarity with Scala and Java.
- Experience with BI and data technologies such as Power BI, Azure, AWS, Hadoop, and relational database management systems, plus a relevant bachelor's degree.
Nice to have
- Graduate degree in Data Science or another quantitative field.
- Professional certification.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as AutoGPT, BabyAGI, or CrewAI.
