What you will do

• Lead global game development strategy and oversee all projects, including internal teams and external partnerships.
• Execute the product roadmap from concept to completion, acting as the internal champion for products.
• Define and advance the product vision to meet market demands and enhance player engagement.
• Collaborate with Business Development to implement strategies for new titles and related products.
• Lead and mentor high-performing, cross-disciplinary teams in a supportive and creative environment.
• Evaluate and prospect new external development studios to diversify and strengthen the gaming portfolio.

Requirements

• Significant senior leadership experience in the gaming industry with a proven track record in game development.
• Expert-level understanding of the game development process and emerging technologies.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities informed by market trends and player behavior.
• Proven ability to build and mentor high-performing, cross-disciplinary teams.
• Exceptional communication skills to bridge creative, technical, and business domains.
• Must be based in Denmark full time.
