What you will do

• Drive regional growth for Government-to-Business (G2B) commercial payment solutions in the CEMEA region.
• Develop segment and vertical strategies using hirify.global capabilities and external partnerships to grow market share.
• Partner with global and regional teams to identify product and software gaps and build cases for enhancements.
• Shape two-sided go-to-market strategies serving both government buyers and industry sellers.
• Evaluate external partnerships with technology providers, ERPs, system integrators, and e-invoicing providers.
• Explore the integration of AI and emerging technologies to improve public sector payment strategies.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in commercial cards, B2B payments, or commercial issuing.
• Proven background in a card scheme, global issuer, B2B fintech, or payments technology provider.
• Deep knowledge of the global payments industry and strong understanding of the CEMEA regional market.
• Expertise in commercial payment flows, network economics, and go-to-market models.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and working within a matrixed global organization.
• Familiarity with government procurement and public sector sales cycles.
