What you will do
- Lead high-complexity creative design projects, including key visuals, banners, posters, and digital multimedia content.
- Manage and coach the design team, overseeing resource allocation, quality review, and professional development.
- Collaborate with BU stakeholders and medical review teams to translate business needs into actionable creative briefs.
- Establish and optimize design SOPs, templates, and visual guidelines to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Drive the integration of AI capabilities into the design workflow for ideation, layout optimization, and production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
- 8-10 years of relevant design experience, preferably from advertising or healthcare communication agencies.
- Proven track record in a leadership role, such as Creative Design Lead or Senior Art Lead.
- Advanced expertise in layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong practical capability in AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences is a strong plus.
