What you will do

• Create high-quality static and motion assets for brand campaigns, partnerships, social media, and product launches.
• Design and adapt creative assets across multiple channels and formats to ensure a consistent brand experience.
• Collaborate with marketers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute creative concepts.
• Use motion design to enhance storytelling across digital experiences.
• Stay updated on design, motion, and social trends to continuously improve creative output.
• Ensure all creative outputs are on-brand, localized for the Indonesian market, and optimized for their platforms.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in graphic and motion design for digital marketing or brand projects.
• Proficiency in motion design and video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Expertise in using Canva for design tasks.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, test-and-learn environment.
