What you will do

• Own and nurture B2B client relationships as a strategic and proactive point of contact for Paid Social activity.
• Lead account and channel strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, and other emerging Paid Social channels.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, pacing, and performance reporting to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
• Develop audience, creative, and testing strategies to drive continuous performance improvement.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through increased scope, budgets, and cross-selling services.
• Support and mentor junior team members through clear guidance, feedback, and delegation.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Paid Social or Digital Media accounts and B2B client relationships.
• Deep understanding of Paid Social platforms, specifically LinkedIn and Meta.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and commercial awareness.
• Confidence in presenting insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Experience in supporting or managing junior team members.
