What you will do

• Maintain the security, availability, and operational performance of storage and SAN infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using SRE practices and infrastructure as code.
• Perform complex provisioning, maintenance, data replication, disaster recovery, and data migration.
• Support SAN, NAS, and backup solutions across all infrastructure tiers with minimal supervision.
• Monitor, tune, troubleshoot, document, and conduct root cause analysis for infrastructure issues.
• Provide Level 2 escalation support and participate in scheduled on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Associate-level profile with 0.5–3.5 years of commercial experience in infrastructure support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with UNIX environments, including Linux, AIX, or Solaris, plus VMware or other hypervisors and Windows.
• Interest in storage technologies, backup infrastructure, scripting, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, prioritization, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts and participate in on-call support.
