What you will do

• Design and execute experiments in a mammalian bioreactor laboratory to advance bioprocess development.
• Apply cell biology, biochemistry, mass and energy transfer, and process modeling principles to solve technical challenges.
• Operate bioreactor laboratory equipment and develop expertise in advanced bioprocessing technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across biomanufacturing disciplines.
• Evaluate equipment, workflows, and laboratory systems to improve safety, rigor, and efficiency.
• Document technical insights, maintain laboratory records, and contribute to technology transfer and process advancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in bioprocessing, cell culture, or process development.
• Experience with bioreactors and upstream process development.
• Working knowledge of downstream processes such as chromatography, filtration, or purification.
• Strong data analysis, experimental design, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
