What you will do

• Analyze requirements and technical documentation to create, maintain, and execute test scenarios and test cases.
• Validate pension calculations, business rules, workflows, and system functionality.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and QA Leads to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
• Identify risks, report defects, track testing progress, and support timely delivery of quality solutions.
• Share knowledge and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent internship or co-op experience.
• University degree or college diploma in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Clear communication skills and confidence discussing logic errors with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, mental math, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to learn enterprise software tools quickly, work independently, navigate ambiguity, and ask questions to establish clarity.

Nice to have

• Experience with pension workflows and business processes.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
• Experience maintaining Selenium and Java test automation scripts; writing new scripts is a bonus.
