What you will do

• Monitor and evaluate estate processing activities to ensure high standards of accuracy and service delivery.
• Conduct quality reviews of transactions and documentation to confirm regulatory compliance.
• Analyze processing trends and errors to identify opportunities for risk mitigation and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain quality reporting, dashboards, and scorecards to track performance outcomes.
• Partner with management and training teams to address knowledge gaps and implement preventative measures.
• Act as a subject matter resource on estate processing procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Minimum 3 years of operations or client service experience within the financial services industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and visualization.
• Strong understanding of operational controls and quality assurance principles.
• Experience reviewing complex documentation and identifying deficiencies.
• Ability to effectively communicate quality trends and recommendations to management.

Nice to have

• Experience with estate processing, account administration, or transfers.
• Hands-on experience using Dataphile.
• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or IFIC certification.
