What you will do

• Resolve SAP FM, FI, and CO incidents and service requests across budgeting, payments, taxes, reconciliations, allocations, settlements, and closing cycles.
• Validate SAP ECC and S/4HANA configurations, master data consistency, end-to-end P2P and O2C processes, and financial closing activities.
• Coordinate RICEFW specifications and integrations with ABAP, Basis, Security, banks, POS, e-invoicing, and inventory systems.
• Manage testing, transports, release validation, post-release stabilization, monitoring, and operational troubleshooting.
• Maintain configuration, process, audit, controls, and knowledge-base documentation while identifying opportunities for automation and standardization.

Requirements

• Hands-on SAP functional support experience in an AMS model with ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Strong SAP FI, FM, and CO expertise, including GL, AP, AR, payments, dunning, EBS, taxes, budgeting, availability control, cost centers, internal orders, allocations, and settlements.
• Experience with SAP batch processing, monitoring, troubleshooting, logs, traces, authorizations, ITSM/ALM tools, and ITIL principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Spanish at fluent or native level and basic English are required.
• Availability for 24/7 operations, maintenance windows, on-call rotations, and after-hours support is required.

Nice to have

• SAP certification in FM, FI, or CO.
• ITIL certification.
• Retail experience involving high transaction volumes, POS, and reconciliations.
• Experience with rollouts, stabilization, or ECC-to-S/4HANA migration projects.
