What you will do

• Lead the technical direction and implementation of a city-scale simulation environment for release validation.
• Architect solutions for large-scale simulated environments and drive the migration to modern testing frameworks.
• Build and evolve mission-critical horizontal infrastructure and tooling that underpins commercialization systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to scale systems to meet demands of commercial expansion.
• Solve complex world simulation problems for regression testing and evaluation of software services managing AV fleets.
• Mentor a team of engineers to deliver a reliable, repeatable, and realistic testing environment.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of backend or infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years of tech leadership experience.
• Proven track record of driving strategic alignment and consensus across complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++.
• Experience with operations tooling, developer productivity, or developer tools.
• Experience with simulation environments.
• Experience working with non-technical team members.
